At Embodyher we carefully package all products and check thoroughly before dispatching to you. We provide safe packaging and a fragile sticker to notify the delivery company that it must be treated as such. Once it is out for dispatch it is in the hands of the delivery company. However please email us regarding any concerns and store credits will be given at the discretion of Embodyher Staff.
